For quality assurance reasons, not all applications are approved to ensure the data safety of our current cloud clients. Imagine the public cloud as a community and we screen out potentially malicious users to ensure the safety of all the current residents.

If you have previously applied to the $200 free trial program, you’re not eligible to apply again with the same email. Please try again with a different email address.
Make sure you have completed Step 1 and 2, and pay attention to your inbox (check your spam inbox too). Only successful candidates will be contacted.
Some of the common reasons for an unsuccessful application are:
- Spamming Step 1 form with fake/suspicious information may result in an unsuccessful application.
- You may not have passed the credit card check in step 2, please verify you have the correct information and try again.
- If you are an existing client, or you have been granted $200 previously, you’re not eligible for the $200 credit. As the passport program is designed to encourage the learning of OpenStack to new users.
