Once you’ve created your account, you will have to set up a payment method that will give you access to your CloudConsole. Afterward, your order will be sent off to our team, and we will review it before activation.

When setting up your account, you will have to either enter a valid credit card or connect to your Paypal account.
 

What to do if my order is pending?

Did you submit your order and realized that the status is pending? Don’t worry! We review all of our requests before activation. However, it is best to check if you’ve completed all the steps so we can approve your order:

  1. Make sure that you have a method of payment on file.
  2. Double-check if all your personal information is correct.

What is the difference between hosted and on-premise?

Hosted private clouds are located at an offshore location. You will be hosting your private cloud, which will be found in our data centers. The service also includes support (access through a 24/7 ticket support system), upgrades (you will always be running on the latest release), monitoring (the health of your infrastructure will be maintained at all times) and incident management (if an incident occurs, the VEXXHOST team will receive an alert and will work quickly to restore your service).

One-time Deployment:

Our one-time deployment includes the testing, design, and deployment of your infrastructure. We will provide architecture documentation and knowledge transfer. Extra support can be provided through the purchase of hourly or monthly support.

Support:

This model will give you access to experts through a 24/7 ticket system. It will include assistance in terms of best practices, basic troubleshooting, OpenStack bug fixes, and more.
