How does this work? Am I eligible?

To be eligible for the transfer credit, you need to purchase one of our plans that are eligible for the transfer credit and prepay for either 1 or 2 years. These plans will be marked with this sign under "$25 Transfer Credit": ELIGIBLE

The credit will be issued in your account for your next invoice and may be used for anything. This means that for your first billing cycle, you will pay the full amount, but for your next invoice, the credit will be applied. You may also use the credit to purchase any other services that we provide. This offer is only valid for new customers only.


Awesome! I signed up, how can I request my credit?

In order to be receive your transfer credit, you need to contact our billing department by creating a new ticket from your Customer Center and supply the following information, failure to supply all information will request in a denial of the rebate:

  • Your original welcome email from your old web hosting company or your first invoice. Please note that the domains and services you had with your old web hosting company as well as the pricing must be clear. The emails have to be exact and not modified from your former host.
  • The terms of services / acceptable usage policy of your old web hosting company.

There are other conditions to be eligible for this credit, they are listed below:

  • If you received a refund from your former host per their terms of service, no rebate can be provided by us.
  • Your account must remain open with us for at least 30 days before we can provide a rebate.
  • The rebate will be issued as a credit to your account to be applied to your next invoice. The amount of the credit will be the pro-rated balance for services left on your account with your former host, not to exceed $25.00
  • We reserve the right to reject any rebate if full information is not provided as requested.
