When I found Vexxhost I was pleased because I had located a Canadian web hosting company that was priced competitively, and offered everything I needed. I didn't realize just how excellent it would turn out to be! I have watch in amazement as feature after user-friendly feature is added to my service, the control-panel interface keeps improving (and it was very very good to begin with), the service never slows down, and the price stays the same excellent rate. I have come to appreciate that Vexxhost is not just the best web hosting company in Canada, Vexxhost is quite likely the best web host in the world. Although I have been a client with vexxhost for a few months the support that I have received from them and the assistance and online help has been awesome to say the least, I have one site in particular which has OVER 70 active members and I do not have any worries in regards to data loss as vexxhost's backup systems and protocols in place allow for minimal data loss given any circumstances ie: poor management on my part or hacks, etc. On other peoples parts and so alike. I also wish to extend my thanks and gratitude to vexxhost and hope to continue a valued client and that you also will continue to be a valued host of my major site along with the rest of my sites hosted at vexxhost.

Thank you! As you well know, I am working with a complicated site, with several sub-sites. I'm learning several new languages as I go. I also use a database that in user interactive and backups are of the utmost importance. If I mess up and have to revert to a backed up version of my site, I can loose valuable information from my database if the backup is not current. Now, I'll be able to keep it current - Even when I have to use a backup. Thank You!

When I was looking for a webhost, I was looking for one of those reliable, but cheap ones. I found hosts like GoDaddy and Dreamhost and such, but I couldn't afford their prices. Then, I found Vexxhost. First, I was a bit scared that vexxhost wasn't reliable, but I was wrong. I really really love this host and i don't think i'll ever be switching hosts. Not only is vexxhost reliable, but it's also very. very cheap. I mean, $2.55 per month? for 100GB space and 10 times the size in bandwidth? How cheaper can you get? That's not counting the great support either.

At first what vexxhost was offering at such a low price was unbelievable. I mean unlimited MySQL, FTP Accounts, Subdomains and more it was just to good to be true. But it wasn't. They're servers are fast and great uptime I could not believe it. What more could you ask for?

I initially join vexxhost for their ultra competitive pricing and all inclusive packages. The test came though when I required specific configuration to my domain for some of my custom scripts to run. I classed this as low priority as I was only in testing phase, and for the price I pay, I didn't expect a great rush from their techies. I can't tell you how much I was surprised when not only did they get back to me in a matter of hours, but they were able to make server changes on a permanent basis, purely at my request. Their services are always prompt and precise - when you're still worrying whether your request/email has reached Vexxhost, you should receive their feedback or even have your case solved.
